Introduction

Center for Optoelectronic Technology (OET) was established in October 2011. The OET center has two municipal key engineering labs: “Shenzhen engineering laboratory for biomedical optoelectronic sensing technology” and “Shenzhen engineering laboratory of integrated technology and equipment for marine acousto-optical probing”, it focuses the R&D on optoelectronic sensor, instrument and equipment for industrial, biomedical and oceanic applications. The OET center has 12 full-time staffs, 4 visiting fellows, 4 visiting scholars, and 10 postgraduate students. The OET center is undertaking various projects granted from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shenzhen Science Technology and Innovation Council, Guangdong Science and Technology Department, National Natural Science Foundation of China, and Ministry of Science and Technology of China with over 40 million RMB research funds.
