研究领域 Research Interests
主要研究方向为集成电路的设计,验证和测试。熟悉多种SoC芯片的硬件架构,以及内部的各种总线接口的通信协议。在安全芯片的设计和安全芯片的安全性及可靠性测试方面有较多的研究成果。
The main research interests include the design, verification and testing of integrated circuits. Be familiar with the hardware architecture of various SoC chips and the communication of all kinds of bus protocol. Much research has been made on the design and security of the security chip, the security and reliability test of the chip.
