SIAT joins hands with US high-tech firm

SIAT Director-general FAN Jianping and President of STI Nicholas J. Susner sign an agreement for cooperation.

The CAS Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology (SIAT) struck a protocol for strategic cooperation with Honolulu-based Science & Technology International (STI) on 14 July in south China's Shenzhen City.

According to the agreement, STI will make investment on an R&D base at SIAT and the two parties will join forces in making applications for research grant to US funding agencies such the National Institutes of Health and the US Food and Drug Administration.
