Zhao, Xiaoli, Associate professor, Ph.D, supervisor of postgraduate. Graduated from The University of HongKong, visiting scholar in Johns Hopkins University,vice director of Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Marine Biomedical Materials,Shenzhen Overseas High-Caliber Personnel.Research interest in biomaterials, drug delivery, stem cell and tissue regeneration.

Published more than 20 SCI paper in JBMR, Acta Biomaterialia and so on. Report in national and international conference, got the young investigator travel grant in ASBMR.

Rasearch Interests                                                                   

Bone Regeneration: Using scaffold, hydrogel, drug release and gene delivery for bone regeneration. 

Biomaterials: Intelligent biomaterials with response to temperature and pH, targeted drug and gene delivery, injectable hydrogel or bone cement. 

Stem cell: Biomaterials regulated stem cell migration, differentiation, and their interaction.
