Research Interests

Microscopic electrical and structural characterization for inorganic/organic photovoltaic devices via SPM base techniques such as CP-AFM, STM, SCM, SKPM.

Understanding for the internal mechanism of the thin film photovoltaic devices.

Electron transport through nano-devices.
