In order to further expand the environment of international development and create an international atmosphere of science and education, president FAN Jianping, from Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Science, and his delegation, went to Argentina, opening the enrolment and cooperation journal on Dec. 12th.

The delegation arrived at Confucius College and Medical School of University of Buenos Aires. The Administrative official Ms. Dra.Marcela, introduced the development situation of Confucius College, and the practice of training young students in Argentina.

On the following day, the delegation had a dialogue with Vice Minister of the Ministry of industry of Argentina, Mr. Carlos Pallotti. Mr. Carlos Pallotti hoped that SIAT could develop industry in Argentina, and briefed the government's policy of supporting local students to study abroad.

Then they headed to the main campus of University of Buenos Aires, talked with Ms. Jessica Nessim. The two sides agree on the joint training of students and recruit students, and will establish a working communication mechanism to actively promote the signing of cooperation agreements.
