2014 4th IEEE International Conference on Information Science and Technology (ICIST 2014) will be held in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China during April 26-28, 2014, as a continuation with ICIST 2013 (Yangzhou) and ICIST 2012 (Wuhan). Over the past few years, ICIST has matured into a well-established premier international conference on information science and technology and related fields. ICIST 2014 aims to provide a high-level international forum for scientists, engineers and educators to present the state of the art of research and applications in fields of information and robotics. The conference will feature plenary speeches given by world renowned scholars, regular sessions with broad coverage, and special sessions focusing on popular topics.
